First of all you have to register for PTOP (ptop is a serive which allows BSNL prepaid users to transfer balance in same circle).
NOTE: The messages to 54455 are TOLL FREE (So don’t worry about sms Charge)

STEP 1
If you are using this service for first time then you have to register for ptop by sending
[register ptop] as a keyword to 54455.

SETP 2
After registration on PTOP Service you will get a password.

STEP 3
For BALANCE TRANSFER you can Send
{[GIFT] [receiver's no] [amount] [password]} to 54455
EXAMPLE – GIFT 946434348750 111111 to 54455

STEP 4
Now you will receive a SMS confirmation of the Balance Transfer you have done, for more information or any kind of Help on this Service by BSNL, you can  send [help]  to 54455 (Toll Free)

Remember: You will be charged RS.2 for Every Balance Transfer you do. You can only Transfer Balance in BSNL Mobile from Rs.10. to Rs.50.
