First you restart your computer n don’t click any Recycler/New Folder or file.
Copy the Recycler/New Folder Virus name n open the Windows Searcher & paste into the Searcher.
Click on whole computer and Search.
When Search will complete
Select all search result n cut from the Search & paste on your desktop.
Again select all Recycler/New Folder form your Desktop then press Shift + Del n yes.
After delete all Recycler/New Folder, Restart your PC & install a new Windows.
After installation a new window you’ll never found that again
