1.First You Have To Download The software For Registering The vpn
2. install software
3.when installing they ask to create an account on tunnel bear
4.after creating an account activate your account
5.download vpn Config with openvpn portable
6. after download extract the files and
go to this folder Tuneelbear-vpn-june17=>data =>config now you can see a file named as password open it
and write your username and pass
do not forget to save it by pressing ctrl+s
NB:username on the first line and password on the second line
